Nicole Hatzenbuehler

Niki grew up in the DFW Metroplex and in real estate, with her father being a commercial real estate broker in Texas and California. Now that her husband is medically retired from the US Army after 23.5 years, she is happily back home in DFW, close to all of their family and friends, and of course the best BBQ in the world! From an early age, she fell in love with real estate- from commercial to residential, investment to management and everything in between. Over the last two decades, she has effectively managed, negotiated and sold over 500,000SF of commercial, industrial, retail & high-end luxury real estate in 3 states (CA, WA, & TX). Niki is no stranger to intensely competitive real estate markets, and has successfully earned her clients winning offers and quick closings. High profile clients include former NFL stars and global defense contractors. Niki will be devoting her time to helping The Moats Team expand from Austin into the DFW Metroplex. Niki holds a Master’s Degree in Communication from Georgetown University and regularly advocates for foster and adoptive children. Niki and her husband have 4 beautiful children- 2 special needs children that they adopted from local foster care and 2 biological children. They also have 2 Gypsy horses, Galileo and Milky Way, which provide animal therapy to children and Veterans in need.
